How Do I Place An Order?

You can purchase Bohemian Butterfly jewellery via

Payment and Shipping

Bohemian Butterfly accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay and Paypal.

Shipping options are provided at checkout. Bohemian Butterfly uses courier services for both local and overseas orders.

All Customs charges, duties or levies are the responsibility of the buyer. Bohemian Butterfly cannot predict the amount of these charges and you should seek information from your local customs office. Any delivery estimations provided will be subject to customs clearance.

All orders will be shipped to the address specified at checkout, unless otherwise specified.

Care

Handmade jewellery although made to be durable, should nevertheless be worn, handled and stored with care. We do not advise using a liquid solution to clean your handmade Bohemian Butterfly jewellery. This can often be harmful to the semiprecious stones, and will also lead to the metal oxidising even faster than usual. To clean your jewellery we recommend a simple polishing cloth.

Photographic Images

Each Bohemian Butterfly item has the dimensions provided in the description of the listing. We make every endeavor to take as accurate as possible a photographic image, however, due to differences in screen resolution, there may be slight variations in color. Photographic images are not to be deemed as representation of the size of the jewellery. Please take the time to read the descriptions of each item(s) before purchasing. It is important to take note of all jewellery dimensions provided.

Refunds & Exchanges

It is very important to us that you are happy with your new Bohemian Butterfly jewellery. However, if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us, within 3 days of receiving your package, to arrange for a refund or exchange.

A refund can be arranged or an exchange for anything of equal value or lower will be offered. When returning items for refund or exchange please take care to ensure the item(s) is (are) in the original condition and packaging. Bohemian Butterfly will not process any refunds or exchanges if the item has been damaged in transit, is not in its original packaging or has been deemed to have been used.
Monies will only be refunded and exchanges sent out only AFTER we have received the original item.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment used. If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, Bohemian Butterfly reserves the right to refuse a refund.

ALL shipping charges (including reshipment of chosen exchange item), customs fees, handling fees will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and exchanges are NOT POSSIBLE for customized pieces, bespoke pieces or earrings (for hygiene purposes), no exceptions.

Natural Characteristics of Material

The materials used for all Bohemian Butterfly jewellery are hand selected. We have gone to great lengths to ensure only the best material is used. Semiprecious stones will have natural inclusions and features, they are not to be viewed as flaws.
